Orders and Payment
Website - Payment can be made by credit/debit card through PayPal.
Orders by post - Cheque made payable to Goldleaf Needlework, cheques must clear before goods dispatched.
Privacy Policy - we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Delivery
UK Post and Packaging is £2, overseas delivery charges will be £5 within Europe and £7 Worldwide.
Items in stock will normally be dispatched within 3 days, please allow 14 days before querying non-delivery in the UK, 28 days overseas.
UK deliveries are made by Royal Mail, most orders will be sent by 1st Class but some larger parcel may be sent 2nd class. International deliveries by airmail, purchaser is liable for any custom charge which may apply.
Where an item is not in stock the purchaser will be advised, via e-mail, the likely delivery time.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods please return within 14 days of receipt for full refund. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please use recorded delivery or obtain certificate of posting.
All items must be returned in saleable condition. All kits and charts must be returned unopened.
If any of the goods are found to be faulty or any components are missing we will replace that part free of charge or where this is not possible offer a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
